With Maluka you give the finishing touch to your boho-style interior. The ceiling lamp fits particularly well in homes decorated in natural tones and equipped with accessories made of plant-based materials.

For the bell-shaped lampshade, flat-rolled rattan fibers – an exceptional, rarely used material used exclusively for this model in our range – are woven into a sturdy metal frame. The resulting, airy pattern allows a lot of light to pass through on all sides, thus providing optimal lighting for your room.

The rattan lamp is available in two different sizes. Size S is particularly compact and fits perfectly in small rooms or above your bedside table. Maluka is supplied without additional accessories, but the right lamp and cable can be found at any hardware store.

Please also note our other offers - in our store you will find many different baskets, home accessories and bags made from sustainable materials under fair production conditions.

Main material: rattan

Our lampshades are made from plant fibers. They smell and therefore feel wonderfully like nature.

Rattan palms usually grow in large numbers in dense forests, where they are considered invasive plants, taking up space from other plants and depleting many nutrients from the soil. The stems, which grow back quickly without chemical additives, must be cut regularly and after the drying process can be used as material for furniture and baskets. This makes rattan an extremely durable and widely available material.

Other materials: metal frame
